"Just Breath" is what we were told throughout our yoga classes at La Cura and that is what we did... We took it all in, and I am now going to let some of it out. To start with, if I could give La Cura 10 stars I would. My husband and I booked the reset retreat a 6 night, 5 day detox and yoga experience, only three weeks before. We needed a break and we got so much more. He was a little nervous, I on the other hand very excited. It went way beyond my expectation and and he was blown away and embraced the experience wholeheartedly. From the moment you are greeted at the airport by Bob, the man of the house and then welcomed by his creative and wonderful wife, Mabel, you are put at ease and the journey begins. La Cura is stunning, the attention to detail was evident, every room was warm and inviting, designed with purpose and the stunning gardens and farm land wrapped around it, are breathtaking. The La Cura team are beyond passionate and kind, from the chefs to the instructors and other practitioners. I'm not even going to say what they practice, as the surprise of what's to come, during your stay, are worth waiting for. We have taken so much away with us and will return for more, I am certain. La Cura is a gift! The house, land, classes, offerings, and not enough can be said of the staff. They are more than staff – you feel the family and how much each individual cares not only for what they are doing (each highly gifted at their trade) but how they are making each of their guests feel! What a unique experience and one I am looking forward to returning to over and over again. Thank you – to Mabel & Bob for creating this magical oasis!

This is an incredible place, which offers the opportunity to retreat, reset, rebalance, de-stress and strengthen mind, body and spirt - with every last detail meticulously considered and beautifully presented. Owners Mabel and Bob and their amazing team create the most wonderful experiences - and enable guests to truly relax. I attended the Autumn Reset retreat and found the combination of juices, soups, yoga (with world class Kundalini Yogimomo), workshops and spa completely enriching and revitalising. Everything about the property and surrounding gardens is beautiful and healing - and they have clearly been created and styled with love. LaCura is a very special place indeed and I will certainly be returning.

La Cura is pure paradise. I’ve just completed a 4 day Reset Retreat which I highly recommend to elevate the soul and reset the body. La Cura offers a magical mix of luxurious rooms, deliciously healthy food, magnificent treatments, yoga, reformer pilates, cycling, daily nature walks, a stunning swimming pool and hot tub +sauna. Most importantly, here you will find tranquility, peace and pure joy. A place to reconnect with nature, with yourself and others. I’ve been here 3 times and can’t wait to return.

La Cura is a gem. The house, the garden, the rooms, the food, the pool, the yoga studio, the sauna… it’s like a hotel boutique with a soul that allows you to find yourself thanks to his amazing team.

Amazing experience. I went on a private group day retreat and had a great and relaxing time. The place is beautiful and super cozy. Activities were also very thoughtful and pleasant - I particularity enjoyed the aerial yoga the most. Also had a great time reading a book by the cozy fireplace, with very comfortable furniture. The people there are very friendly - and the food was delicious and healthy. I’ll definitely be on the lookout for a weekend event to spend more time there.

What an incredible place! Beautiful, calm, luxurious and oozing with love and care. The retreats are so well organised, the food is delicious, the activities are amazing. Anyone who has the good fortune to go to La Cura will come away feeling inspired, new and blessed. For me, eleven out of ten ❗️🙏🏻

Excelente lugar para reconectar

Lugar especial para reconectarse y encontrar La Paz que emite la cercanía con la naturaleza.

Increíble lugar idílico...Muy buena atención...recomiendo para retiros si van en pareja o solos, ioga, pilates... eventos enfocados entorno a la meditación, ioga y conexión.

Sin duda un sueño hecho realidad. Una experiencia magnífica, un trato 10, ambiente insuperable, paraje idílico, y un menú muy especial. Poco más que decir que GRACIAS.

Maravilloso lugar para descansar, disfrutar de lo natural y de la belleza del lugar. Una cocina Vegana Riquísima y bien elaborada por su Chef Vicky Torrano. ENHORABUENA

Un lugar entrañable en todos los aspectos, me he sentido en la gloria, comida super saludable, habitaciones impecables y Bob i Mabel los propietarios, super encantadores. Vale la pena retirarse allí un fin de semana, sales nueva/o. Volveré para desconectar!!! Gracias

Simplemente un 10 en todo. Trato recibido y hospitalidad de los dueños, el lugar es espectacular, la comida deliciosa, tanto la clase de yoga como el baño con hielo y sound bath sin palabras. Nos encantaría volver sin duda!

El espacio es idea para un retiro, reunión o pasar unos días. Desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir bien recibidos y cuidados. Hospitalidad, detalles, atención cercana. Totalmente recomendable. Es de esos lugares de los que te marchas con ganas de poder quedarte más tiempo. Un 10!

¡Un espacio increíble! El lugar, las instalaciones, la decoración, la comida, cada rincón de la casa es una pequeña obra de arte. La atención por parte del equipo de cocina y los dueños. De 10! Sin duda un lugar ideal para organizar un retiro o asistir a uno de los que se organizan. Gracias por todo.

Una experiencia realmente indescriptible! El tiempo va más lento. Un sitio idílico. Cada detalle, incluso los que ni te imaginarias están diseñados para transportarte a un sitio de calma total. Mabel ha sido la anfitriona perfecta, nos hemos sentido parte de su casa y familia en todo momento, todo tan acogedor! Y Vicky, la chef,que nos preparo un menú vegano, saludable pero sobre todo sabroso! El tipo de sabor que solo se consigue poniéndole un nivel de cariño tremendo! Seguro que vuelvo a un retiro más largo que de me ha hecho corto! Gracias por toda la magia que hacéis ✨🌱

Vinimos a un retiro organizado por suca yoga y es de los lugares más lindos que he estado en un retiro, toda la decoración es espectacular, casa espacio tiene sus detalles, las plantas, la piscina. Todas las comodidades posibles y tratan de ser lo más eco y green posible. Volvería sin dudarlo porque el lugar te llena de paz y te recarga de energía. 💫💚
