Serena hjalp meg med å heale og bearbeide min utholdelige smerte/mageknip/pustevansker/angst som jeg har våknet opp med på natten og på morgenen i perioder av mitt liv. Denne smerten er svært uttmattende og stresser opp hele kroppen min og jeg har ikke fortått hvorfor jeg måtte leve med dette. Serena hjalp meg forstå at smerten handlet om noen vonde hendelser i fortid jeg ikke hadde klart bearbeidet/gitt slipp på. Serena så meg, forsto meg og hjalp meg gjennom reiki healing, gode råd, yoga og meditation. Med hennes talent og utrolig fine utstråling og energi begynnte jeg puste normalt igjen, mageknip smerten løsnet og jeg klarte slappe av i kroppen å kose meg resten av ferien med familien min. I went for a short break to Spain and came across serena’s page. I felt comfortable in her presence. She listens to you and gives you her full attention. I had a session of reiki and was troubled with my hearing, since our session my hearing has been a lot better! I was very surprised at this but so over the moon. Would definitely recommend serena. I also went back a couple of days later and had a lovely massage which made me so relaxed. Will definitely be going again!

Got two amazing reiki healing sessions from Serena during my stay in Orihuela costa. I had been overwhelmed and stressed about work situation and relationship. After sessions I was really calm, aligned and relaxed. Helped me a lot. I took also Serena's Reiki 1 class. I loved Serena's teaching style and ability to hold space for every one in the group. A Truly Transformative Experience! Serena and the team have created a unique, authentic and dynamic space where you are free to explore and develop valuable insights and build confidence into various practices. As someone who previously had no experience in reiki or practicing yoga – I’d recommend it to anyone looking to dive into deeper levels of introspection and relaxation. The experiences my family had there were profound. We felt incredibly welcomed, regardless of our background or previous experience. Pietro provided one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. His intrinsic knowledge and capability to find all pressure points and release tension within the body is second to none! We’re frequent visitors to Cabo Roig and look to return again soon!

I have been attending Serena’s yoga sessions for some time now. They are just what I need! I find the way she presents her classes is unhurried and has many options for any who are less flexible or new to yoga. It was relaxing yet invigorating. She is very knowledgeable about poses and her voice is so calm. Afterwards I always feel like my body has been stretched in a good way and my mind feels more peaceful. I thoroughly recommend Serena’s classes!
