Casa de Om is a fantastic place to take time for yourself and look after your well-being. Morning and sunset yoga is also accompanied with daily breathwork and meditation. Liz makes lots of lovely little touches like the motivational quotes on your yoga mat in the morning. The vegetarian food is amazing and plentiful. There is opportunity during the daytime to explore the town which is walking distance or relax by the pool and enjoy the views. In the evenings we had the opportunity to be reflective and do some journaling whilst enjoying an amazing choice of hot drinks. I can’t think Liz and Annette enough for such a lovely retreat.

Just spent an amazing 4 days at Casa de Om. The whole experience was special, not often in life that we take time out for ourselves. The yoga and meditation classes were very well instructed by Liz, wether you are a beginner or a regular yogi, Liz tailors the class for all abilities. We had a flotation meditation class in the pool which was magical. Not forgetting the food which was delicious cooked by Annette. Evey meal was super tasty and fulfilling. The setting is beautiful and the accommodation is very comfortable. All in all I can't fault it. I'm already planning to return next September.

What an amazing experience. I cannot thank Annette and Liz enough for being so welcoming into their home. A magical place. Annette made home cooked vegetarian meals and snacks that were so tasty. Meal times were relaxing and everyone was catered for. Liz provided a variety of yoga and meditation classes that again met all our needs from complete beginners to regular attenders. I was so relaxed at the end of the four day break. It was definitely what I needed. I am grateful you both and to the rest of our group for an excellent time 10/10. I, for one, will returning next year.

The most wonderful experience at the 3 night yoga retreat. The location was perfect, picturesque views and just a 10 minute walk into the town of Guadix. Fabulous yoga and mindfulness sessions timed for sunrise and sunset delivered by Liz and the food cooked by Annette was incredible. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a retreat in a beautiful part of Spain.

Just had the most amazing time at Casa de Om. Liz and Annette made us so welcome during our stay and the location was stunning, with views of the Sierra Nevada. The yoga was incredible and the whole experience will stay with me. I will most definitely be returning as soon as I can.

What an experience 🙏 4 days yoga retreat in September went down a treat! The weather was perfect not too hot! The villa where I was staying was in great location! Quiet surroundings but 10 mins walk to Guadix. The experience of yoga, meditation and breath work was just another level. Exactly what doctor prescribed 😊 Im a very active person and that was exactly what i needed to find the time for myself and just breathe 🙏 And the food wow! So tasty and all vegetarian!! Thank you Liz and Annette I will be back next year

The best time ever with the most amazing people and host! I bought this retreat for my mums 50th birthday and we loved every single second of it! Liz and her mother were super welcoming, kind and wholesome and made the experience so special for myself and my mum, they even baked her a cake to celebrate! My mum is also celiac and tailored every meal to her needs which was incredible as she always struggles with this abroad! The food and drinks were INCREDIBLE, probably the best meals I’ve ever eaten and a bonus on how nutrient and good for our body they were! The rooms were also perfect and super cosy. The yoga classes were so beneficial and taught us both so much, along with the amazing meditation that really made up feel peaceful and mindful! Liz was a fabulous teacher and really loved to help us all! The house had plenty of spaces to relax, have time by yourself and just enjoy your moment and even walk into the village which again was lovely! We even added extra massages onto the retreat which again were super relaxing and peaceful! Overall would recommend to anyone it was the best experience and we will definitely be returning! A wonderful 4 day yoga retreat hosted by Liz and her mum Annette. A very warm welcome and brilliant classes in a lovely setting. They both worked very hard to ensure we had the best time. Great to do yoga in such a lovely place and in small numbers, very special! Annette’s food was wonderful and I tried lots of new things. Can’t wait to return!
